Ella's Baby Blessing

We blessed baby Ella today on a beautiful, Sunday afternoon.  My parents and Chris and Eric and their families were able to join us for this special event.  Ron did a wonderful job on the blessing and we were both thrilled that Ella did not make a peep during the entire thing.  In fact, she even fell asleep while it was going on!  We then came back to our house for a big, Sunday dinner and some play time in the backyard.  We are so grateful to have this sweet, little girl join our family!

Ella wore the same blessing dress that Lia did over six years ago.  I purchased it in a quaint, lace shop in the French Quarter of New Orleans before Ron and I were even dating!  The white blanket is the blessing blanket I purchased in Bethlehem almost 18 years ago.  Here is my sweet girl all dressed up and ready to go.
