Ella's 6th tooth came out yesterday in ballet class which was a first for all of us! Her tooth to the left of her middle left tooth had been wiggly for quite some time. After dropping her off at ballet class yesterday afternoon, she apparently bumped it at the ballet bar during class. After showing it to her friend, Elise, she learned that it was bleeding. Ella then told the teacher and was given permission to go down to the sink next to the bathrooms with the teacher's assistant. The TA told Ella that she should just pull it out and, much to my surprise, Ella summoned the courage to do it and out her tooth came! She then reported to the front desk in the lobby where the secretary gave her a little bag to put it in. When I picked her up a few minutes later, I found a very happy and excited Ella who couldn't wait to tell me what had happened and to show me her little tooth safely tucked inside her dance bag. Needless to say, Ella definitely deserved a visit from her team of tooth fairies who came last night with a note and money that they tucked safely under her pillow!
