Logan wrapped up his first wrestling season today. I must say that I cannot get over how much Logan ended up enjoying this sport and how successful he ended up being. He loved being on a team with so many of his friends from school and really enjoyed learning how to compete in this sport. Since all of his matches started at 3 p.m. and Logan was always one of the first on his team to wrestle (since he is one of the lightest), I had to miss a few of them due to having to work until 4:30 or needing to drive Ella to gymnastics. Luckily, Ron was able to attend all of them which made the most sense since this really is a sport that the two of them have in common. Logan really did a great job this season and won all of his matches except for one. I was able to join Ron to attend his last meet today at Stahl JHS and cheered him on to victory in two rounds since Logan pinned his opponent at the end of the second round. It was a fast and exciting match and I am so proud of how Logan really embraced this new sport and gave it his all!
