Before all nonessential businesses closed down (including hair salons and barber shops), I failed to notice how long Logan's hair had grown. As a result, I did not think about running him over to Kids' Cuts to get his hair cut before they closed down almost two weeks ago. After mulling this problem over in my head for a few days, I asked Ron if he would be up for the task. After consulting his go-to-friend, YouTube, he announced that he would be willing to give it a try with no formal training under his belt. After scaring Logan into thinking that his father was going to give him a mohawk, he reluctantly followed his dad upstairs this morning for his first ever haircut in our house. After several minutes of careful work and multiple clipper guards, Ron produced a very fine-looking haircut on Logan's head. Although Logan hated sitting still in the chair with his shirt off while getting covered in itchy hair, he managed to survive and even earned a McDonald's McFlurry as a well-deserved treat! As for me, I'm just pleased as punch that we have discovered a new barber to take care of our boys' hair cuts for free in the many years to come!

And the massive pile of Logan's luscious and thick hair on our bathroom floor. We have no idea where the Cheerio came from. We're blaming it on baby Emmett. :-)
